American Grown Flowers Associate Member Logo Use Agreement(Required) By applying for Associate Membership in American Grown Flowers (“AGF”), the Applicant agrees to support and promote the mission and objectives of the organization.
Authorization & Eligibility
Use of the American Grown Flowers™ name, logo, and associated marks (“Marks”) is limited to current Associate Members in good standing. Permission to use the Marks is valid only while membership is active and dues are fully paid. Members who do not maintain active status must immediately discontinue all use of the Marks.
AGF may update or modify the Associate Member logo from time to time. Members are responsible for using only the most current version of the logo provided by AGF and for discontinuing use of any outdated or unapproved versions.
AGF reserves the right to review and monitor all uses of the Marks. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in revocation of logo use rights and, if unresolved, suspension or termination of membership.
Permitted Use
The Marks may be used solely to identify the Applicant as an AGF Associate Member. Approved uses include:
Websites and digital platforms
Email signatures
Marketing materials, brochures, and stationery
Business cards and general promotional materials
The Marks may not be used on any products, product packaging, or in any way that implies a product is American-grown or certified by AGF.
Use of the Marks must not suggest or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by AGF of any product, service, or business activity.
General Usage Guidelines
The Marks are provided by AGF as a graphical representation of membership and must be used in a professional and positive manner.
The Marks may not be used in any way that disparages AGF, its members, or the U.S. floral industry.
The Marks must not be altered, recreated, or modified in any way, including changes to color, proportion, orientation, or design.
The Marks may not be combined with other graphics, text, or logos in a way that alters their integrity or presentation.
The Marks must be displayed clearly, with appropriate spacing, and not placed on busy or conflicting backgrounds.
All usage must comply with the current AGF Logo Usage Guide, as may be updated from time to time.
Website Usage
When used digitally, the logo must include an active link to AGF’s official website:

Print & Digital Presentation Standards
The Marks may not be displayed more prominently than the member’s company name or brand.
The Marks should be placed in a secondary or supporting position (recommended placement: lower corner).
Adequate clear space must surround the Marks to ensure visibility and legibility.
Only official logo files provided by AGF may be used.
Compliance & Enforcement
AGF reserves the right to request samples of any materials in which the Marks are used to verify compliance. Members found to be using outdated, altered, or unauthorized versions of the Marks will be required to correct such use promptly.
Failure to correct misuse, or continued noncompliance, may result in:
Immediate revocation of logo use rights
Suspension or termination of membership
No Endorsement
AGF does not endorse any product, service, or company of its Associate Members. The Marks may not be used in any manner that implies a direct or indirect endorsement by AGF.
Acknowledgment
Applicant represents and warrants that they have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the organization and that all information provided is accurate. Applicant acknowledges that AGF relies on this information in granting membership.
All goodwill associated with the Marks remains the sole property of American Grown Flowers. Upon termination of membership for any reason, Applicant agrees to immediately cease all use of the Marks.
